PRAYERS TO FINISH THE YEAR STRONG

Zechariah 4:8-9 – “Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.”

1. Thank God for the year, 2024, our year of redemption. Indeed, it has been a year of redemption on many levels. Thank Him for all the prophetic words He released over our church this year that we have been able to run with.

2. Let us pray and ask the Lord for a release of supernatural strength to finish strong. Ask for a baptism in the Spirit of might. Declare that as we approach the end of the calendar year, the finishing anointing comes upon us so that everything God has put in our hands to do will be complete.

3. Pray and ask for a release of supernatural speed over the church. Decree that as we wait on the Lord, our strength is renewed, that we mount up with wings like eagles, run without growing weary, and walk without getting tired.

4. As has been declared over us in this house, in these last few weeks of the year, when others are saying there is a casting down and are beginning to shut down, we declare that there is an all-round lifting up for us.

5. Declare that we will not follow the pattern of this age. Come against the spirit of fear, weariness and fainting that sets in on many at this time of the year. Declare that because our God does not grow weary nor is depleted in strength, we are not weary or tired; instead we receive a new lease of life to finish the year strong.

6. Declare that as a church, we go from glory to glory and that our path is like the shining light, and we continue to shine brighter until we reach the perfect day. We go higher and higher in the Lord.
