PRAYERS FOR DISCOVERY OF YOUR PURPOSE, POTENTIAL, POWER AND PLACE
Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
1. Let’s declare that we are led by the Holy Spirit to understand Christ’s plans for us.
2. Ask that we are assisted to walk in the path He’s prepared, knowing that His thoughts towards us are of peace, hope, and a future.
Proverbs 19:21 – “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.”
3. Declare that the purpose of our Lord will prevail in our lives, that our hearts and desires align with His will.
4. Ask that we know to trust in His wisdom and timing, that we may fulfil the reason for which we are created.
Ephesians 3:20 – “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”
5. Declare that the hidden potential within us is awaken, and we grow spiritually to realize the great power at work within.
6. Pray that our lives will be a testimony of Christ’s extraordinary ability to do more than we can ask or imagine.
Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
7. Ask that we are empowered to tap into our God-given potential. That we have the boldness and strength we need to step out in faith, knowing that through Christ, we can accomplish all that He has called us to be and do.
Psalm 92:13 – “Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God”.
8. Decree that we are planted firmly in the place of our calling, that we may flourish in the Lord’s house and be fruitful in every area of our lives, bringing glory to His name in all that we do.
2 Timothy 1:7 – “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind”.
9. Reject every spirit of fear and timidity, instead, we receive the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. Pray that Christ’s power in us helps us overcome every obstacle as we fulfil our divine assignment.
