PRAYERS TO KNOW GOD (A FRESH DEEP AND ACCURATE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD)
Ephesians 1:17-19 – [17] That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, [18] the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, [19] and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.
- Thank God that through Christ Jesus we can grow in the knowledge and understanding in Him and to live our lives worthy and fully pleasing to Him.
- Pray that every member of our household and church, House on the Rock, London Lighthouse continues to experience a fresh and accurate knowledge of God.
- Pray that we will continually be filled with the knowledge of God.
Daniel 11:32b – The people who knows their God shall be strong and carry out great exploits.
- Pray that every member of the House of the Rock, London lighthouse, continues to gain accurate knowledge of God because it is they that know their God will do great exploits.
- Pray that we will know God deeper and further, in prayer, in the Word, in fellowship and that we will always bask and dwell in His presence.
- Pray for an increase in spiritual discernment, wisdom and a deeper revelation of His will, asking God to reveal himself more intimately through His Spirit.
James 4:8a – Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
Proverbs 4:7 – Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.
- Pray that we will have a hunger, thirst for Christ and a deep yearning for Him.
- Pray that our hearts will always be set for Him in all that we do and this will be our daily practice, a living expression in our lives, individually, collectively and as a church.
- Pray that God will grant us the wisdom and understanding that we may grow closer to Him and follow His will.
Isaiah 40:31 – “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint.”
- Pray that our strength will continually be renewed, we will not be weak, we receive strength from on high.
- Pray that our knowledge of God will infuse us with strength, we will rise and we shall be strong in Jesus’ name.
Luke 22:43 – An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him.
Ephesians 3:17:19 – Then Christ will make His home in your hearts as you trust in Him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.
- Let us pray for angelic assistance and supernatural help to have an accurate knowledge of God.
- Let us decree and declare in this our month of great exploits, God will continually grant us a fresh and deep knowledge in our relationship in Christ Jesus, in Jesus mighty name.
