PRAYERS FOR LEADERSHIP, PASTOR TEMI & PASTOR PAUL
Jeremiah 3:15 – “And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.”
1. Thank God for the spiritual leadership we have in the house, particularly the apostolic leadership of Pastor Paul and Pastor Temi.
2. Strengthen Pastor Paul and Pastor Temi in their assignments — renew their strength, refresh their spirits, and protect them from burnout, discouragement, and spiritual attacks. Let them be filled with fresh anointing daily.
3. Grant wisdom and discernment to our pastors and leaders as they make decisions. May they be led by the Holy Spirit in all things and have supernatural insight into the needs of the congregation.
4. Raise up the next generation of pastors and leaders—let young men and women receive the call of God upon their lives. Stir their hearts for ministry and equip them for leadership.
5. Remove every hindrance to great and godly leadership—every spirit of division, pride, fear, or reluctance that hinders people from stepping into their calling. Let there be unity and a spirit of servanthood among all leaders.
6. Protect our leaders and their families—cover them with the blood of Jesus, guard them against attacks of the enemy, and bless their households with peace and provision.
7. Let there be a culture of discipleship and mentorship in the church, where mature believers raise up new leaders and equip them for the work of the ministry.
8. Let our leadership reflect Christ—fill every leader with the heart of a servant, the boldness of a lion, and the wisdom of a shepherd. May our church be known for strong, Spirit-led, and loving leadership.
We declare that HoTR Global leadership will flourish, our pastors will multiply, and our church will impact nations. We thank You, Lord, for the mighty things You are doing through our leaders. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
