PRAYERS TO RELEASE LIGHT OVER EVERY DARKNESS

John 1:5 (NIV) – “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
1.(Psalm 119:130) Ask that the word of God will illuminate every area of your life that has been overcome with darkness. Let every step you take be guided by His truth, and let no confusion or darkness prevail over you.

2. Pray against every veil of deception that the enemy has placed over minds, preventing them from receiving His truth. (2 Corinthians 4:4) Let the light of the gospel break every stronghold of blindness in your life and in the lives of your loved ones.

3. Thank God for delivering you from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of His Son Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:13). Reject every association with darkness and boldly walk in the authority of the light of Christ.

4. Ask that His light break forth in every troubling situation you are facing. (Isaiah 58:8) Bring clarity where there is confusion, healing where there is affliction, and peace where there is turmoil.

5. (Isaiah 60:1-3) Lord, help Your Church arise and shine as a beacon of hope and truth in this dark world. May we boldly reflect Your love and righteousness, drawing others to Christ.

6. Lord, we ask that Your glory arise over the nations of this world. Break the grip of wickedness, deception, and corruption. Let leaders, governments, and societies turn to Your light and walk in Your truth.

7. Thank God for exposing every dark and crooked place in the place of spiritual warfare. Declare that His light prevails over every situation in your life, your family, your community, and your nation. Thank God for dispelling every darkness with the power of His light. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
